Meet Susan
As a Texas-certified educator with more than 12 years in the classroom, I specialize in helping 3rd through 6th graders overcome challenges like dyslexia and ADHD. Expert Credentials: - ELAR (4–8): Master of Literacy and Language Arts Education - Special Education (PK–12): Dedicated to inclusive and diverse learning - Core Subjects (4–8): Comprehensive knowledge across the curriculum - ESL Certified: Helping non-native speakers reach proficiency Literacy Focus: - Texas Reading Specialist: Trained in the Science of Teaching Reading (STR) - Orton–Gillingham Method: Utilizing the premier multisensory technique for reading success
